I can personally say the products are exceptionally made and wonderfully presented. From beautiful boxing and a hand written card sent with each item, they truly care about their craft.
I own a few of their ties. The tie knots are always in a nice shape. Great customer service as well.
How much does each tie cost? I’m wondering why ppl don’t get off-the-rack ones? The design and quality are good enough. I cannot understand ppl having 100 pairs of shoes. Similarly I can’t understand ppl who need like ten ties when you could just own one since one doesn’t wear ties regularly.
Bestiful products produced with love and passion. I still love a good tie with a crisp shirt and jacket. It makes me feel good.

In all honesty this was how clothing use to be , now we just wanna use new cheaper clothes and change it often. And we use short most of the time with the excuse its to hot here.
What a pleasure to watch them create quality pieces.
So I see naysayers in the comments talking about ties being increasingly irrelevant in the workplace. It's apparent that these people are ignorant beyond compare. The tie is not only for the workplace. There's been a resurgence in the world of classic menswear, things aren't as stiff as people think it is. Less people are wearing ties and suits because of office codes. Yes. But did you know that more people are also choosing to wear suits in spite of the lack of requirement?
And Vanda isn't just doing "alright". They're doing GREAT. They're GROWING. They're looked upon internationally as proper ties, in the big leagues. If you wanted to know why Singapore doesn't look favourably upon artisans (which I don't believe, at least from what I see in the realm of apparel), it's because people like this have such a myopic view, seeing clothing as purely utilitarian without considering aesthetics and expression.
Because Singapore is too hot. Most wouldn't want to wear a tie unless necessary. Unless that dude is a rich guy that goes from an air con apartment, to an air con car, air con office, air con restaurants, and back to air con home
@@SuccessforLifester Its the humidity in Singapore that makes it uncomfortable when you are outside not the heat. It''s far hotter in Las Vegas, but the humidity is much much lower, so not uncomfortable. All offices are air conditioned as are the taxis and restaurants.

When people get rich enough to easily afford artisan neckties, they no long have to wear neckties. Bosses open collar or wear polo tie.
the irony is that most people wearing ties are job hunter or newbie at work not bosses.

There is a reason why there are less than ten in the world. No demand.
Also the reason that ties no longer mean much to most ppl wearing it. Only a small portion of the ppl actually pays attention to the ties they buy.
