Probably gonna get some hate for this but the voice works was pretty bad in kh1. I'm on my 3rd playthrough and I gotta skip a lot because how off it feels. I'm going for all the trophies in all the games on playstation so hopefully it improved because I don't want to skip scenes.
Probably just your monitor setup or speakers you use? Or maybe it is the voice lines sounding off. For me it sounds bad on my speakers because I got an old setup. But maybe it’s the dialogue as well, always felt a bit goofy and sometimes flat with the pauses at some points except for Sora’s voice and lines. Biased because I love his goofball lines! Or do you use headphones while playing? I rewatched all the voice lines of KH1 on TH-cam with my good headphones and it all sounds wonderful with my headphones on. So it makes me wonder if they only used headphones when recording the voice actors voice lines. Just like how some songs hit different with headphones on because the artists only listened to the songs with good headphones. lol For me some lines do get jumbled and I’ll have to listen to them for clarity a second time to understand it. But that’s just my own head. And did you get all the trophies? ❤
