Bro many youtubers put on flps on youtube as royalty free,the samples,presets and loops are free to use for production,some samples might not even be theirs,example like kshmrs sounds samples,so my question is,when they say royalty free even for those types of samples are they still royalty free to use on production,like for release on Spotify n music distributors?

M S all of my flps are free to use in any standard but I would definitely not recommend to use these acapellas for release, because of label’s standards. Melody is also an issue because of artists that have already used it and submitted them to labels. All these flps are supposed to be educational, meaning you can use the presets and samples without any issue. But other than that, it will be dangerous and could interfere with court issues by releasing an already used melody or an already used acapella.

Yes, but you can’t use the same melody. But I recommend to not to use the exact same components in the project. There could be minor legal issues if you don’t follow the previous terms from my last projects
