She did not sign out of freewill, she was threatened with extortion if she did not sign. That is not a legally binding agreement. You cannot make a person sign a document by threatening to kill people they love and consider it an honorable transaction. It is deceitful and criminal in nature.
I don't think she can sign. She was baptized Catholic...even the courts said that this is a competing claim upon her soul. Is her soul really her's to give over?
@@ajnachakraguy I am not a Catholic fan, yet their people are decent, however let us say that religion was usurped by something sinister, where is that line? I am defining freewill. She has to be an individual that chooses things in her life, however being a baby there are no choices, and as a teenager was led by choices that had threats and extortion. Are they truly choices,? That is my stance. Sometimes choices are not really free if they have baggage and deception. My suggestion is no, no way.
But witches clearly operate under their own legal system, with their own laws, tribunals and rules of interpretation. We do not know how similar their notion of consent in contractual formation is to ours. For example, in Roman law, genuine intention had no value: saying the words was enough to create a legal bond, even if you clearly did not mean them. Their scholars even debated as to whether an actor making a vow in-character on stage was then truly beholden to said vow personally.

It goes between the takes 4:23 and 4:24, the Dark Lord gives the powers to her, she takes the power of water, fire, air and earth (it pass through her body) and then we see the take from 4:24. It's another cut or version of the episode I think
