The video only covered one or 2 sections of the Sales State exam, which is made out of 5 sections: 1-Duties and Powers of the AREC 2- Licensing Requirements 3-Statutory Requirements Governing the Activities of Licensees 4- Other Statutory Requirements 5- Agency Relationships and Disclosures All the questions pertaining to appraisal and property valuation, financing, types of ownership are all parts of the National portion of the exam. The Sales State is PURE regulations. Get your hand on AREC Regulations, emphasizing on the 5 sections listed above, if you're solely focusing on the Sales STATE ( Arkansas) part
