It's a resort area. They want paying customers to enjoy the round, not feel beaten up. This isn't Pebble Beasch.

2. Not really because she is playing from the long tees. This course plays longer than any course she plays when she was on Tour.
@@chriskay1449 I played this course from the same tees. I serious doubt this plays longer than the lpga majors or certainly not the pga tour event where she shot even. I was hitting hybrid2i 9i on the 400yrd par 4s. Ur a club to 1.5 longer due to elevation. The pat 5s play long but still driver 7-5i lob wedge.
I believe it’s handicap based where players get strokes.

It is quite common for independent contractors to have work restrictions while they are working for their "contractor" and also for a year or two after their job ends (depending on the circumstances - unless they live in a liberal anti-business state like California that prohibits enforcement of such a restrictive covenant. Also, the players are tour members that aside from agreeing to contractual restrictions , they are aside from being an independent contractor, they are also your members that agreed to and are technically part of the rule making process. Restrictive work covenants (depending on circumstances) are quite common in independent contractor relationships. Freedom of contract which is a free market principle, none of the players had to sign their tour contracts or agree to the tour rules when they joined...Too many misinformed fans....
