    This is really cool, but as soon as I click on the Gradient button in the Toolbar, all my shapes take on the gradient slider and they adjust individually rather than as an entire single unit. Thus each shape has its own gradient in it, and slider. I did make sure I grouped the objects as you did. Any idea why this would be? I'm stuck at this point. Thanks.

      (03:02) If the shapes are not grouped into a single group at this point, group all shapes into a single group and try again 🙂

      @@mdlart5 Thank you for this. Yes, everything is grouped. However, I found the answer to my issue. I first had to convert the objects into a Compound Path (Object>Compound Path>Make). I'm not sure why it's necessary for me to do this when you didn't. I'm using the latest version of Illustrator and I'm on a Mac, although that shouldn't make any difference. Nevertheless, it does work now. Thank you again for the quick reply and for your video. Much appreciated.😊
