I'm from El Monte, I'm in my 30's, growing up I never heard not one Mexican/ Latino say "nigga". I don't live in EM anymore but I go back to the old neighborhood a lot. I can't tell you how many lil ass kids be saying "nigga" these days at family/ homie functions...definitely catches me off guard.
