This Marked Man idea should be a new event idea at Night. You'll feel like you're in John Wick Chapter 3 - Parabellum but in cars. The Marked One will have a bounty set and if the Marked One gets caught, he'll lose a set portion of money that was set as the bounty the rival racers will win.

Oi Pants, you can turn the cop scanner to be off at night in audio settings
I have a couple fun and interesting ways to change up the mode; have set cars for the hunters and the hunted.
Change one: The hunters get to chose the marked man's car, and the marked man gets to chose the hunters cars.
Change two: fair limitations to vehicle type and customizations.
To start off everyone uses the same vehicle type but if one person has only a stock or low level of said type, then everyone has to be stock or at the same level. Who ever wins the round gets to chose the vehicle type and level.
