I love the video . . . Powerful, funny, and sad at the same time. Love the cow's tongue at the end. Reminded me why I never would eat the "cow's tongue" my mother would occasionally make for dinner . . . knowing where it came from. Ugh!
I agree. Even as a kid I would get geeked out by food that I could recognize as animal parts. Somehow, hamburger conditions us to eat animals because it's just a round patty of mush (There would be more vegetarians if our food still had their faces.)
