That is a very bad pricing mechanism, "Price Increase."
    Where is the construction?
What have you done to have this increase?
    What is in the neighborhood?
How easy is it to get a job or distance to work?
Are there schools, university, medical facilities, shopping centers all close by?
Who really is in charge of valuation in Nigeria
Every hustler developer talk of price increase and there is no sewage, no drinking water, no electrical connections nothing to show, yet they are talking about price increase.
    Why is Nigeria so lawless?

@@therealitiesoflife01 Thank you for your comment. But all this you mentioned are not the basis of making a price increase. As much as it's easy to criticize the country and developer, have you actually sat to think of inflation? Do this developers go to the market and pick this material for free? Does the government support them with financial loan?
Kindly look beyond. I believe you visit Nigeria some times or even have family members, and I am very sure they complain about cost of living to you. So, my question to you is, are this developers living outside the economy of Nigeria? What miracle are you expecting them to perform?
Also, one concept about offplan project you need to know is everyone will not buy same project at same price. The time for the investor to join the project determines the price he buys. The vision stage, the construction stage (also broken into smaller stages), the completion stage e.t.c all this stages comes with different price.
