I've currently resigned myself to farming bond points with a 6-bond CE setup in Oxford, saving up for my summons next year: Noah, Kukulkan, Popess Johanna, Bazett (Manannán mac Lir), Merlin, Tiamat, Nero Drago, Scáthach, Gilgamesh, Scáthach (Skadi), Medusa (S), Skadi (R), Merlin (Prototype), Cleopatra, Castoria, Iskandar, and Sen no Rikyū (Tea Grandma), for example. I’m also storing up tickets and resources to get most of them. This is the first year since I started playing in 2021 that I've taken the game seriously, so I'm aiming to get top-tier units like Castoria and both Merlins, as well as some of my favorites for fun. Currently, I'm sitting on 217 Saint Quartz. I just wish there was more to do until LB7 drops-right now, the game is a bit of a drag: farm bond points, craft essence bombs, maybe level up my servants' skills if I feel like it (which, to be honest, I usually don’t).
Hate to tell ya but it ain't even a Halloween event. Its a repurposed event so be dbl disappointed. It was probably going to be a Journey to the west 2. Also expect more dead months lol.
@@flareless6713 I mean, I don't have the new Liz, so it's fine for me. I won't turn down a free event servant or the eight quartz that comes with maxing out her bond. But yeah, at least in the meantime, I can grind out bond points and get those bonus Saint Quartz from levelling up bond-at least until something interesting drops. It's just so tedious, though.
I am trying that save SQ but it is somehow failing me :P somehow it gets spent on junk LOL... I still thinking of Jalter NP2 to then level it to 100. cause I am missing a single target dpser... for challenge quest, or I have to level Jack the Ripper Np2 (but just don't like to play with child servants, while I still think they are cute). so don't know but I do need Castoria and Oberon badly. and more important I need those silly skill gems and mats. having koyanskaya and having to farm gunpowder stuff is getting on my nerves 70+ of them :P
Allow me to give you the TLDR: *Beast Koyanskaya:* Whatever you do, try NOT to bring any Servants with the Human trait (including Mash), because they will take double damage from the boss's attacks due to her Nega-Weapon passive. Casters do take half damage, however, so one simple way to ensure victory is to solo the fight with Caster Tamamo-no-Mae, since she has full class advantage in this fight due to her Demonic Beast trait. You can also use someone like Melusine and try to min-turn this boss, but she does her NP on first Break and has a substantial Guts on the last bar -- not to mention the 1-turn Invincible she starts the fight with. *Aphrodite:* Bring a good single-target DPS Caster or Alter Ego for this one, and some debuff protection and/or removal will also be key to clearing this one. Beware her NP as it has a chance to instakill your front row Servants and may even cause a wipe. *Caenis (ft. Kirschtaria):* You have to use Holmes and Mash for this one, and Kirschtaria will give Caenis a 4th HP bar at the start of the fight. Due to party constraints, it's best if you keep a strong single-target Saber in the back and let the mandatory support do some work unless you intend to try to min-turn this fight. Be warned -- the second time her blue bar is broken, Caenis will gain 5 turns of chance-based Invincibility. Bring either buff removal or Ignore Invincible to deal with this. The battle ends when you bring Caenis down to her last HP bar.
I hate, Hate this event so much. The fact hey could just put an entire Lotto event in the dead weeks, or even any kind of event, halloween, imaginary scramble, ANOTHER GUDAGUDA, but they just...dont because they....dont want to ? Nahh, after LB7 im OUT
In my opinion, they avoid reruns as much as possible to keep the FOMO going. The idea is that the "Fear of Missing Out" makes people spend more and dedicate more time to limited events that may never come back. But here's another fact: If people get bored, they stop playing. I know, shocking, right? But Lasengle prefers to bet on FOMO because the ones who really matter to them are the whales who will never abandon the game no matter what.
Ever since FGO pissed me off this entire year, I stopped spending. I doubt I am the only one. I wonder if FGO should question why their NA side isn't growing.
On the one hand, fighting Koyan with Castoria AND NP5 Summer Ibuki is going to be incredibly cathartic. On the other hand, two (2) forced supports is yet more temptation to just Chen Gong some friends.
