Im still a baby learnings the ropes even the 262 seems like a distant fantasy
this plane is my favourite plane ever, for as much as more modern jets with radars and all kind of fast firing guns and cannons there might be out there, nothing beats the gratification of connecting this 50mm shell slinging monster shots.
Either on tanks or on planes, every kill is pure satisfaction for me 👌

It has good explosive mass but cant one shot somehow
It’s almost as if the explosive filler acts more as a HEAT than an actual APHE, I feel like it could’ve been coded incorrectly

Play in custom battles, no player is insane or stupid enough to take bombers out in War Thunder unless it's Ju-288 or you have to grind something.

They say that the Me262 was delayed because hitler wanned it to be an attacker and put bombs on it. The performance was poor and it delayed the finalization of the me262.

The way the F2G chased you happens to me all the time people are so tunnel visioned in this game its crazy
My funniest kill was in a Me-410 with the 50mm. I only had AP shot directly down the fuselage of a Lincoln bomber and just saw every component of the plane rip off 😂

The Me 262 my absolut favorite airplane ✈️ . Such a beautiful plane and the Germans having thought of the turbine engine first is such a cool thing. Sad that it was around such bad circumstances. I always wonder why we Germans 🇩🇪 stopped building and designing thier own jets. There must be so much potential that is lost. 😢
The only better thing than a Me262 is two Me 262 in formation.🤩

What was it, that 2nd round? All the helping out by each other, strategy on the fly, the close calls, breaking off from one fight to assist another for the big picture of the battle. Anyone who played Air long enough has probably had many of those great battles.

Some of the Airfields (Not All) have had their air-defences improved. The accuracy of ground-fire to anything under 3k up.

Day 2 - You should play the StuG III A with the HEAT rounds and smoke rounds. Just devastating. You can pair it with the Duck for some extra fun.

In Arcade air everything gets a air spawn like it more personally cause you get more then one plane keeps the game alive

+1 for air spawn. Also do occasionally play Allied bombers. Vs Germany is a death sentence .
Bombers are fun. They should be started off at maximum altitude. And modern ones should be added with counter measures that actually work.
The airfield AA should have a cooldown timer on it when only 1 player is left.
Try and snipe that Lancaster bomb with that 50!

Still my favourite air duel was with an American F-80 and some how landed a shot with my shit aim and watched his jet disintegrate. Absolutely beautiful.
I never play Air RB anymore, it seems like the majority of games my team is winning end with a enemy player just sitting at the air base or doing circles around the base.
