See, he insisted that we use HIS (much more expensive camera) to shoot, so I have to keep feeding him consistently. Hahahaha. After seeing the improvement in picture quality, he's got me. I can't go back. But it's all good; I wanted him there anyway. You're totally right; having another person there is a game changer. Silent-Ren (from the taco vid) came out for this one, too, but you'd almost not know he was there, because he ABSOLUTELY refuses to ever talk! Grrrrr! I screwed up a lot during the shoot, because there were so many steps to the dishes I was making, but that's why we have the magic of editing, right? hahahaha

But I have a good feeling about this upcoming one when it finally sees the light of day; it's the most BONKERS Japanese food I have ever made...and (as narcissistic as this is going to sound) it's -- to my memory, anyway -- the best Japanese food I ever ate, and I spent my young years in Japan. (Sorry to everyone, "Back home," whom I have just insulted. LOL)

I always go into my videos thinking that they will be good but after editing I have a list of things I should have done differently. Whatever!! @@JoeYourCookingGuide Tell me about the struggle, eh?! Thunderjack has kinda got me over a barrel now. See, he insisted that we use HIS (much more expensive camera) to shoot, so I have to keep feeding him consistently. Hahahaha. After seeing the improvement in picture quality, he's got me. I can't go back. But it's all good; I wanted him there anyway. You're totally right; having another person there is a game changer. Silent-Ren (from the taco vid) came out for this one, too, but you'd almost not know he was there, because he ABSOLUTELY refuses to ever talk! Grrrrr! I screwed up a lot during the shoot, because there were so many steps to the dishes I was making, but that's why we have the magic of editing, right? hahahaha
