- In this video i build cozy, modern and large house with 4 bedrooms and farm facilities. I wasn't very sure about this build at first as it includes Custom Content but got carried away and finished it. CC Links below 👇
I have all the Sims 4 official packs but you know, its really hard to resist all the beautiful cc out there. The problem i see when it comes to custom content builds is more pressure on your PC. + if you want to download it it'll take more effort.
If you will decide to add this lot to your game you will need to download all the cc i used.
All CC is linked below. Its all free and safe but keep in mind it will make your game boot a lot slower depending on your PC specs. The more cc you have, the longer you'll have to wait for the game to start.

This house would definitely not be out of place in the Vineyards of Italy or Napa/Sonoma USA. My favorite design elements are the Pagoda & Sauna and Greenhouse Garden on the outside. For the interior I really like the Teen's Room as it kinda looks like mine with all the art supplies but way bigger and the kitchen sooo much counter space to work with! Definitely brings out those cozy village/farm vibes...except when you have to clean everything lol.
Thank you! ^_^ I tried my best to not get too modern and keep it homie and cozy. Didnt plan on so many exterior buildings but got carried away with all the free lot space. As for cleaning I'm sure big family can work together on the shores and there's always maid service 😄
Not my bedroom as a teen. I have a Garfield (lasagne cat) door hanger that says. " I'd clean but it would upset natures delicate balance". 😂 Nothing matched at all, we couldn't afford it, and my family are "waste not, want not" people, so we didn't buy new stuff because it was in season or whatever. I still have blankets and stuff from then. I am now over 40 and I still have that 35 or so year old door hanger, hung on a corkboard over my desk. Still, nothing in my room matches. Rag rugs etc. It is all good. I'd be afraid to sit down in a living room like that. "Make yourself at home" would be impossible, it would trigger my chronic anxiety and i'd be afraid of spilling something. Pretty cottage at the end of the day.

Hey, I'm not sure if you will reply to this since this video was over a year ago, but I followed your links to download the tray files as I can't find you or your builds on the gallery but your link to the website that has your files said that your files weren't there/expired. Is this just my computer or is something broken?
Hello Leela, this video is another example of wonderful architecture. It seems far-fetched at the first glance, but without stupid wars we would have enough money to ensure good housing conditions for all people. I never expected observing real fascism in my lifetime and I can only hope that it will be the last rearing up of the worst force of the 20th century. I hope that you are happy in your Asian home. @@Juliana.moraes As I understand my gallery is not working at the moment. You can find a build tray file link in the description and install it manually. Gonna have to scroll far back after it’s in your library to find it as I created it last year and it saves the date of the build.

You can find the tray file of this build in the video description and install it without gallery. EA Sims Gallery is not working properly. Meanwhile installing trough tray files works perfectly. Hope this helps.

Hi. I love love love the house. You're so talented and stylish.
But even though I downloaded all the cc, there are still some cc's that doesn't show up.
I can't find the the towel rack at 13.42 for example.
The table and the clutter at 15.59.
The black pillow at 16.20.
The pillow with strippes at16.33.
The counter in the batroom and the clutter at 17.43
The shelf and the clutter at 18.04 and the counters and clutter 18.18
The wooden thing at the bottom of the shower at 18.24
The basket with towels at 18.48
The bathroom counters at 22.20
The bathroom counters and the clutter at 23.14

Hi! Im sorry you cant get all the items to work. Let me try to check. Do you own all the Sims 4 Official Packs that I have listed in the cc list pdf? Because unfortunately tho its probably best to build cc + base game only but I did use sims 4 packs in this build.

@@curlsanddietcoke i will try to check the list and folder according to the items you ask about and will respond in a bit ^^ its possible some cc will be out of date after game updates but i also could have missed some items.

@@curlsanddietcoke i have realized i changed a lot of cc in my game since i released this build... and now I'm not even sure how to help you find it unless going trough each pack in my pdf links. i don't have those items myself now 😅 sorry T_T also some of it could be outdated somehow...sadly cc needs updating after new patches.

You mean curtain rod middle part that is missing during showcase at the end? Sorry about that. I feel the same😪. I had it in place while building but didnt realize they were gone while filming the ending 😵 Game will delete objects randomly when you modify walls...the worst bug out of all the other hundreds there are in this game for me 😅

Great work and so creative! This is a lovely build and video that motivated me to put so much work into downloading it to see it in my game. Just know it is challenging if you want to play in it. It has too much old outdated custom content and I think it will be lovely fixed with mostly things from all the great expansions and stuff packs. It took me 5 hours to download and install 3500+ pieces of cc included with this build as some of it is not on CurseForge. Skipping the risky novvvas content is fine which I did. There were 8 duplicate packages that had to be removed after following the installation instructions (Aira_Frog Incense.package, CWB Josephine Crystal Glass 2.package, CWB Josephine Crystal Glass.package, HARLUXE_Bedding_Blanket.package, PS EUFIX Floor Tiles 2.package, PS EUFIX Floor Tiles.package, SYB_Galileo_Books_pile.package, TinyTwavellers_Single_Plain_Bedding.package) The High School Years recent patch caused 20 of this cc to break my game and they had to be updated using Sims4 Studio. There were two pieces of cc that could not be fixed and had to be removed (TinyTwavellers_Single_Pattern_Bedding.package, and
Felixandre FAYUN Part1\FAYUN_Bedding.package).
thank you so much ! and thank you for taking the time to share your experience . i will try to fix the duplicated part. it does have a lot of custom content from all the places. i originally didnt plan to share it and was building for fun. 😄 in the future cc builds i will be using mostly cc from curse forge. i do agree all the cc is making it pretty laggy not to mention the time it takes to load the game. i hope you can change it to suit you ^^
