U right everything u said love my present and don't get comfortable . I still need to lost 32 pound to reach my goal weight. I really hate my depression it affect me most of the time really check I am human no one is perfect.
Great to watch your video and I agree with you about never being finished. I am a food addict and I try and remind myself every day that I am actually a fat person living a thin life if that makes sense. I never want to slip back to what I once was. You will be able to do it and we are all here for you.
Chin up kiddo! You're an amazing person and an inspiration to myself and many others! I love some of the concepts here and the "Happy List". I need to get started on mine. Facebook made me change and I used Walter B. Sleeved for that reason. Since we're all a family how bout Katie B. Sleeved? Pass it on. :)
I was missing you, so glad I came across your video tonight! It is true Katie, this is the never ending story because lifetime health, whether or not WLS related is a lifetime of making things work. I too will have the never ending...no destination story!! Hugs and come back soon!!
Miss you Katie! I am so glad you made a video. I am here for you! You are so not finished! Yay for a Happy List! Sounds like a fabulous idea. I'm so happy I get to see you soon! Hang in there my friend. You got this! :D
Katie, you know we love you. I think your realization is one of the biggest parts of the journey. At some point it becomes about being healthy and finding a way to live a healthy life every day. If the scale moves, great. If not, you are being a healthy person. Good luck getting back into a fitness routine and eating better again. Whenever you get back on Facebook (you have been missed btw), I will invite you to a couple of my fitness/food accountability groups. They are really helping me to stay honest and refocus. This is a journey, but it is a lifelong journey. Our obesity isn't cured, it is just in remission.
Happy to see you as well! You have always been an inspiration to me! You have got this and I totally understand what you are saying. I also like the happy list! Great idea. I would love to meet you someday. I also live in the PNW. I come up to Seattle a lot for work.
