I’m a ManU fan but I agree that it opens a can of worms selling players inbetween clubs owned by same people

That's allowed, it's only in the same competition they've banned recently. I think if it's at a fair market value unlike the sesko deal that prompted the ban and that player can't play in the comp that season I don't see the issue.

The word is Litigation, not sue. Oh and UEFA rules on these types of transfers changed on 23/5/24, City brought Savio in before the rule changed

It’s the end of football if United win this action against UEFA Terry. Be consistent.

No reason why they can't sign him. If it's at his market value then what's the issue. What can they do if he is sent on loan for 4 years? 😂 I'm a Chelsea supporter, we like Lupe holes 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

A value of a player is subjective its based on what the buyer is willing to pay You can't just make up artificial transfer fees based on the market

How can 2 teams participating in the same competition be owned by the same owners and trading players between each other? That goes against what competitive team sport is about - teams competing earnestly against each other, only operating in their own best interests, never for the interests of any other team that they're supposed to be competing against.
Multi club ownership needs to be stopped before it destroys the sport. This is just the beginning.

So a RUMOUR of United taking UEFA to court is proof the red cartel isn't real? Aha what a muggle. The red cartel still exists whether Husam likes it or not that's why the Prem gives Liverpool and United preferential treatment.

@@jacobalexander4167 What have City been found guilty of?
Also "blue cartel" doesn't make sense because City, Chelsea and Everton don't get preferential treatment from the governing bodies. In fact the Prem have openly admitted they don't want or like City winning so we definitely shouldn't be included in any cartel accusations.

@@Rainer-mr have you been living under a rock or something, UEFA found city guilty, but they couldn't do anything because of time bar, Chelsea were allowed to cheat and cook the books under roman without consequences, now that it has finally caught up to them, now all of a sudden, they become the victim, even the new Chelsea owners had to report the financial misdealing of the previous owner

Terry, when someone says "do some research" they probably mean tell the whole story not half of it.
Lying throigh ommision is still lying.
115m was never the price for Isak, Chelsea were told that theyd have to pay more than yhe 115m they paid for Caicedo.
That wouldnt generate enough clicks as "isak available for 115"
The waffle terrace, tells half the story to manipulate its viewers.
