My plan for orgs that don’t allow helmet cams is to get the insta360 GO 3, it’s small enough to be able to mount it inside the helmet itself, under the visor. Plus it gives you that F1 POV which is pretty awesome.
They also asked me to remove my chin mount that weekend. I’ve been using it for years, I removed it for good because you truly don’t know if it would be safe or not until it’s too late.
@@hanksamillion6170 Issue, really isn't the non-tethered part, it is if you drop and the camera or mount catch on the ground it can really snap your neck around.

No helmet cam sucks but I get it as it can't be safety wired to anything.
