- Taking a first look at the 2025 Spring Break Resort Twin Snowboard at the Snowmass Park. This is my first time riding a Spring Break snowboard and it has been a ton of fun. Stay tuned for a full review breakdown of this snowboard coming 2024 Fall.

had no idea you were this good, steezus christ
it's hard to listen to some reviewers who have no footage of them riding lol
@@alechollingsworth667haha, yeah I don’t get how some people can make videos without any on snow riding. Thanks for the support dude
Did you feel the flex was limiting at all on larger features? Prone to washouts? Any similar recs? Fantastic content btw. Riding was so much fun and your filmer deserves a raise.
I thought it was going to be too soft and washout on the bigger features but it didn't at all, it felt great on everything in the park. And yeah I got the best filmer in the game that no one knows
I said it before, but I'll say it again - these reviews are SO next level 🔥 It's like watching a pro rider's video part with an additional review ⚡🤙
Big thanks dawgie! Always trying to bring this level out in our videos
I like it too! The high level riding. Nice! But I can‘ t do anything you show. Maybe you could mix in some easy tricks too? Would be interesting to see such a good rider like you doing some simple boardslides and other easy tricks on easy features. And then mix it up with the high level riding.
Dude is so legit…
Awesome man!
Thinking of adding a new board to the quiver next season and considering this!
Daily this last season has been the aeronaut but looking for a more playful deck.
Do you think this would be a good fit or too much crossover with the aeronaut?
Sweet, yeah it's different enough from the Aeronaut where it would be fun to have both. This board is going to be more playful than the Aeronaut and I think it's nice to have a twin and a directional board
Rode that thing like you stole it Shane! Save some board for the next guy 😂
Yeeew, thanks dawgie! The board gave me the power this day
did you record this video with DJI action 4? nice video by the way 😀
This was all on the GoPro 12
DAYM SHANE!!! Steeeeezy!!!! And your filmer...that was a straight-up edit in itself!
Thanks dawgie! Definetly couldn't be as sick without my filmer backing up with his skills
THIS IS THE SHIT I SUBSCRIBED FOR!! Love the riding, ur super steezy, tryna be like u someday
Thanks a lot man! It's love like that which keeps us stoked to keep making videos!
Man I’ve come back to this video so many times just for the riding ahaha. Can’t decide who’s more talented, you or your filmer ahahaha. Insane shots, insane riding
Hell Yeah, love to hear it's getting you stoked! Hopefully we'll have better riding and shots for you soon!
1:27 😨 breh.. hahahn And 1:40 🤤steeeze! My favorite trick and you nailed it.. as good and steezy as Scott Stevens. Hey, how loose (in a good way) is it? I'm a big fan of the Ultrafear Reverse, because it's amazingly loose for spins on flat (Like this: th-cam.com/video/GmU1LsTylKs/w-d-xo.html&ab at 0:59 mark) and (IMO) it can also carve when I want to go fast. But was thinking about getting a SB Resort due to so many good reviews despite not being the biggest fan of positive camber. I can make it work well, but pos camber boards don't spin as good as flat ones like Ultrafear Rev... So I am afraid of being too "hooky" for flat ground spins though. So I am between this one, the good ol' Ultrafear Rev, and the Rome Party Mod (which is also flat and has very good reviews).
Thanks dude, just trying to do my thang out here! This board is great, not hooky at all and it's a great place to go to get into enjoying positive camber IMO
this was sick. new here and didnt expect you to go off like that
Yeah watched him give reviews for like a year then saw him ride like 😳😳😳
That's how we do here at SOS!
when are you going to post that skate vid
Hopefully within the next week!
Absolutely killing it

Sick review and riding! Looking at the SB resort Twin 2025 rn but not sure what size to get. im 5'11 and 176lbs, would you recommend the 156 or 158?
holy steeze from you and ur filmer 💯🤙🏼
Man I loved the 2024 model’s graphics but it’s literally sold out everywhere :(
I know it’s probably a super comparable board to the Indoor Survival (my current daily driver), but if anyone has rode both, how would you compare them?? (I.e. where does each shine, which is preferred, etc)
Personally, I like having camber to rocker tips like in the resort twin as opposed to flat camber at the tips that you'll get in the indoor survival. I think it helps give a cleaner snap on ollies
I’ve got both. Caveat this with my skills are way way below search’s but here are my thoughts. They have the same shape, different profiles, and different carbon/titanal layups. Overall they are pretty similar and they both excel at exactly what they are billed as - resort freestyle boards. Good carvers, good jumpers, not pure jib noodles, but not pro level unridable planks either. In my opinion the carbon v in the nose and tail of the resort twin makes the nose and tail more snappy while the pure wood core with no additives between the bindings allows that section of the board to be the softest flexing both nose to tail wise and laterally. This is my favorite flex pattern and why I picked one up. The rockered tips are really subtle and barely noticeable but keep the stiffer nose and tail sections from being catchy. The indoor has one titanal strip running nose to tail and full camber so it has a noticeably more consistent flex throughout the board (second favorite flex pattern). The indoor also rides bigger than the resort twin because it is full camber with really short tips.
@@michaelsteffany5039TH-cam doesn’t let me know when someone replies to my comments so I’m SO happy I somehow saw this old comment rewatching this video. Thanks a TON for that feedback man!
I have never seen you ride bataleon in your videos. You are one of my favourite snowboarding youtubers so i would love to know your take on the 3bt. Pls make a video on that. Thank you.
Thanks dude, I don't have access to any Bataleons as of now and have never ridden any before so I can't have an opinion of their tech
Sick riding and review man. I love the SB resort twin, really fun board imo. Do you know if anything besides the graphics changed this year?
Yeah so much fun! Nothing has changed yet, still just as sick as last year's
Damn, I just be doing groomers. Hoping to achieve this much steeze one day
Keep it going and you'll see the progression every season
Are you riding Atlas Pro’s for Park?
No just straight Atlas, which I love
great stuff. love that board and am eyeing it for next season as my daily driver. but probably with Ultras.
Hell yeah, that’d be sick
SUPER sick laps! 🔥 ❤
Thanks, dawgie!!
Dawg, I love the way you shred. So nasty….
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Nice shred! What helmet?
I've been rocking the Smith Code for a few seasons
Love your videos. Whats the best spot for an east coaster to move to, Oregon or utah
Thanks dude! It really depends on the vibe of the place you want to live. Oregon (Hood River) is awesome and laid back, SLC is cool if you want to be around a small city with plenty of options for different resorts to ride.
Great video! Very informative. I love seeing actual talent give an honest review.
Thanks Seth!
2:51 that 3 was fkg sick man!
Thanks my dude, can't wait to start doing them again soon!
Killing it mate !!!!!!!!! CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ayyy, thanks big dawg!
Psychotic 👏🏼

By the way, how does this compare to the GNU headspace? Riding ice coast and from what I can tell magnetraction might help stick the landings and ride the run ups to features better
Hey Shane…you should review the Indoor Survival next!
Right on, we'll see if we can get our hands on one
Yea please do the indoor survival next! Crazy skills seriously...
Phenomenal riding, filming, and edit. So sick to watch!
Ripping dude!
🤙🤙
Hey man. Question about sizing. I’m looking at this in a 156 or 158. I’m 180-185lbs and I’m mainly on smaller hills in the Midwest. Some park and mainly just wanting a fun board for side hits butters and flat ground. What do you recommend
156 sounds perf for those things. I too weigh 185 and will be grabbing a 56
@@TrentT81do you factor height at all. I’m a taller dude and not sure if that matters. I’ve only rode 155 and 156 for years now.
@jhassler74 No, Weight and boot size are the most important. As long as you're near the weight range and waist of the board fits your boot size the rest is personal preference.
Rental shops just use the snowboard to Chin measurement because it's easy and people that rent won't know the difference.
Sick riding bro that was awesome
@jhassler74 I'd say you should go with the 158 especially if you're taller. I'm 150lbs and was riding the 158 and it was plenty playful. The 156 may not be enough board for you
Indoor survival?
This was ridiculous. When did you feel the style and skill start to click? Did you just wake up and say screw it one day and start sending tricks? Awesome video man. Earned my sub.
Ha, I wish. The style and bag of tricks has been a 20 year work in progress that ain’t finished yet
Is it good on ice?
Great video! Was looking forward buying one of these. Would you recommend 158 or 160? Im 220lb with 11 size boots. Thinking if 160 is too long.
How tall are you? It's not that stiff of a board so you might want the 160
@@SearchofSnowboarding Im 6.2 wanted a nible but stable board, thanks!
