They honestly look a lot lighter with an aerial view, it’s easier to comprehend how they’re able to fly. And yet it makes 300-400 ton jetliners carrying 300-400 passengers all the more captivating!

As someone who planespots at Chicago O'Hare, I can tell you right now that that Cargolux 747-8F at 41:45 did not make it all the way to Chicago in one go. Cargolux flights coming from places like Hong Kong and Zhengzhou almost ALWAYS end up diverting to Anchorage.
