Traveling down a TH-cam rabbit hole in quarantine and found this. Craziest part about watching this video is realizing you live just a few blocks from where I work... I’m sure that’s really weird to hear that, but it’s also totally weird recognizing it. Awesome ride! It sounds great and I imagine it really rips.
@@shark11175 Looks that way. What grass is it? Guess it depends where it is. St. Augistine, Centipede, Kentucky Bluegrass, Zoysia? I overseed with centipede but have that seaside papolonia or whatever it is. The one that does good in salt water areas and beachs and has purple in it and grows like centipede kind of with the way the ryzomes grow and spread horizontally and crawl. Its usually a golf course grass. I use winter rye to overseed in late November then get to dethatch it all up in february and overseed with centipede while airing the lawn manually with a primitive claw type aerator. About to overseed next week, dethatched yesterday. I ran my FOCUS ST on the track thursday and blew two struts so I have to get that fixed too. My Lexus is going to dealer for warranty and service work monday, and my R6 just got a new rear tire and front fork this week. Tomorrow I will be driving just like this dude but on two wheels. I am literally stepping off the dock onto my boat to go freeze my ass off and get some wind burn. About to open up two merc 125s and go burn 100 bucks in gas real quick. (: Isnt life great.

This things sick! I want to build one! I was left paraplegic in a motorcycle accident but want to build one with a 1k motorcycle engine. Could you tell me what you used for the suspension? Did you use parts off a car?
joe joe I drove them for a living, 2 four hour tours a day, cant believe I actually got paid for doing this..fun going through sand banks..up and down river streams..crossing rivers..the cars had snorkels at the very top..which allowed us to go through rivers where only our heads and the top of the cars was visible..left them running for about a half hour to allow the moisture to dry from the electronic components..very simple cars..easy to service..and light to handle when having mechanical problems
buy mine off of me. it’ll walk this thing in autocross and on a strip. it makes 225 at the tire but the turbo honda engine and 5 speed trans will put 500 at the tire without any issues other than being to scared to hit the petal
could use a fuel cell or radiator in the front to keep the wheels down.It would probably steer better without oversteer from being so light in the front.But it's bad ass and power to weight is crazy I bet that sucker moves
@@buddyywilsonn a wheelie bar would help keep it from under steering because there’s not enough weight on the front end for the tires to grip up and turn the car as much as it should?

A lot of people dislike a video after they watch it just so that youtube doesn't spam them with recommended videos that are like that video. Most people don't understand that disliking a video has consequences and that ignoring the roll of recommended videos is not hard but that's how a lot of people do it. Most dislikes on videos are not because people didn't like the video.
Hey, I have a vw rail and it has a 22r toyota engine in it and I am thinking about either turbocharging the engine it has or swapping. What trans are you using and are the adapters for the 2.3L pretty hard to find?
di11ard I know it may be a bit different where u are too but what was necessary for it to pass for the streets? I'm guessing all lights mirrors and seatbelts? I tried asked a local police officer and he kind of just blew me off with his nonsense.
I would seriously consider some head protection... that cage and pavement won't feel too nice if you thump it. Power steering would be a definite plus too! Cool fucking setup though!!!

In Missouri you can't ride dune buggy on the street unless it has a windshield also and it has a windshield it's required to have windshield wipers horn tail lights blinkers stop lights headlights high beams low beams speedometer and mirrors then you got to take it to the highway patrol and have them inspect it and get them to sign off on it before you can take all that to the DMV to get a VIN number or to get it plated
I'd like to know more about the engine/transmission/driveline/chassis setup. I'm guessing that you used a front wheel drive transaxle set-up and reversed it so it could be mounted on the rear.
Love this. wish I could build one myself. I love there are still people who like the Lima 2.3. You can get 400hp out of it with little effort.

it's probably the Mustang 2.3l that came turbocharged from factory. I believe you can use those pistons in your Mazda b2300 2.3 if you turbo it
