When you're about to stitch them together the front and back to become a full skirt, what particular measurement with you use for the hip area to join them together will it be the circumference of 41" or 43"?

Ma pls what you are saying if we come down from waist eg 34 mean for back we can come down with 32 iin the back for the tail. Ma no need to match back and front knee?
