It's just simple fried chilis selled for a high price,I'm sure you can find them somewhere cheaper,even in your country,idk where you live,but you can find something similar,at least the ones with the regular flavor.Fried chilis are common and are selled everywhere,they are pretty popular.

Yes shipping is expensive, and like she said she tried the best she could to get it down as much as possible. Probably without loosing money for herself. Support is not a bad thing.
