Dear friend. Wait another few months till maturing plant or Spray k+ fertilizer once a week. Then it will be start to flowering and continue whole around the year.
It save more and more energy for flowering. If there are lot of leaves then plant have to spend it´s power for maintain those leaves. Result - few flowers.

Perlite is better for Anthurium. Use orchid soil mixture.
