I feel like its an achievement to have Gordon shout and insult you and your food, but imagine if he complimented your food.. you beat life, literally.
I've seen clips of shows where he's grilling a cook about something they've present to him and you just know he's about to lay waste to their hopes and dreams, and then he compliments them and you can tell how shocked they are.
That's why Gordon is so great because when he sees something good he'll tell the cook. He demands excellence!
