These guys are so generous allowing you to film and ask questions during service. I can't imagine many Chef's allowing that in their kitchen. They seem nice blokes too :- )
hi Chris I've been making pilau rice for years now and have a recipe that works really well every time, basically same as the chefs except I use the same amount of rice as pre boiled water ie 1 mug rice to 1 mug boiling water no need to wash first
@@h4ppyleader I sometimes make saffron rice...but saffron is very dear..and sometimes it's crap..but it's awesome when you get a good strain of saffron

I prefer to wash it first it gets rid of a lot of the starch and dust. Thanks for your comment.

I don't use yellow food colouring..I use tumeric...it still comes out yellow and a lovely flavour

On the packet it said Cinnamon.
