Let's understand this with an example of your body that is made up of 5 elements. Incase the water element increases in your body, we call it water retention and if it comes down, we call it dehydration.
Similarly, a space is also marked by 5 elements. North represents water and south - west is Earth and so on. Similarly, the entire universe is made up of these 5 elements. Low water element causes draught and elevated water element causes floods. So these affect our life in every way.
Whenever we build our house or move into a hew house, we look for many details - colour of the paints, faccade the aesthetics and the interiors. Whatever we pick and put on our house is an extension of our mind and shall definitely affect our mind.
You spend one third of your life in your bedroom... make sure that it is vastu compliant so that it effects you positively and finds you healthy and happy.
