I mean why is that a Senior Advocate cannot file a vakalatnama/ cannot not appear without an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court or without an Advocate, not accept instructions to draft pleading or affidavits, advice on evidence or to do any drafting work of an analogous kind in any Court, and not accept directly from a client any brief or instructions to appear in any Court?
@@BanothSanthoshasf No a senior argues a matter in court which means he is a part of the profession. Every right is not absolute it can be regulated. The objective is to promote young legal professional because if senior can file vakalatnama then nobody engage a junior advocate
