.This government is filled with greed filled scumbags. This country is small that ,if the focus and innovation is put in ,would be so much better from where its at right now.Take a page from the book of how to move ahead.Get rid of these selfish greedy people and think of a country that would and can lead the way of development in West Africa.Attracting investors and such.Really crack down on corruption and that might appeal to investors.

Again i do not feel comfortable seeing imperialists heads in Ghana,s planning. Reserving money for future cushtion when your mother does not have drinking water is not good planning because sound theoretical financial principles states clearly that you cannot save when you have not met your basic needs. That type of set asides tells me that you plan to be backward for a long time. The major mistake Ghana and other African countries are making is these 1] huge amount of money is spent on white elephant projects or on needed projects but those projects that are designed for foreigners. The Ghananiaas or Africans does not have the attitude of if it is not made in Ghana we dont need it. This is a country Kwame Nkuruma assembled Nuclear Scientists in 1960s and in 2016 the leaders of Ghana cannot assemble Civil Engineers?Ghana with vast cocoa planst cannot make chocolate for the whole of Africa?
