My guys caught a guy standing on top of a ladder. STOP standing on ladders like this! Have any of you fallen off a ladder or known someone who fell off a ladder?

Fallen off a ladder quite a few times, the only time I was injured was when I had a harness on

Hes in the tbar which he can steady himself on. I hate that stupid rule. Stand on the top of the ladder who cares. Just don’t be unstable on a ladder in general and you’ll be fine. It’s common sense

Literally everyone has done that. What are you going to do? Run to another floor grab a 8 or worse 10 foot ladder? Im willing to bet you've done that your self.

Just bringing a reminder that it’s not safe. Take the time to go grab another ladder.

Literally everybody has done this. Yes, it's not smart to do, and avoid at all costs (bring correct equipment for the job). But there'll be that one instance where it's necessary to do so, just be extremely careful.
