Yeah I feel like compared to the other ladies Breanna and Lexie seem to not be around much and that Lexie is only around when she's talking to Breanna or Kelan. It's only episode 5 so I guess we'll see. I do believe Rocky would have made the better main girl but would it have been cliche if Breanna took over? lol
I get the feeling they filmed a lot of extra stuff and cut it. Breanna is a lifeless character on TV. No one ever really verbalises what they don't like about Tessa, it's always vague. With the Breanna we have seen so far I can't image her having been any kind of leading character. Not in a mean way, but she has not had interesting story lines and the only aspect of her appearances that have been slightly interesting were because of Rocky not her.
This episode was a bit of a snoozefest. No one was really challenging Kyndra about cheating on Tyler, they just kinda acknowledged it. Honestly. Plus the main character didn't have a date to the prom- love that she went solo and independent, but it feels like they really didn't try to deliver more elaborate prom storylines this episode, haha.

I can confirm that Cameron and Tyler were cool after the season ended. When I was 18 years old and walking out of an 80’s club that no longer exists in DTLA, I turned a corner and almost walked into Cameron 😂💯 He was standing in a circle with some people and Tyler smoking cigarettes. I remember feeling so weird and awks for knowing some of their personal business, and being judgmental about it. 🤣

This season it's all over the place- Lexi doesn't like Kellan but she is going with him? Cameron was just having a thing with Tessa and now he's going with Candace? (Candice?) Kyndra asks Derek, and then he starts dating Tessa later, meanwhile Kyndra and Cameron still have a thing going on. Lexi goes with Derek to the next dance. Honestly, it's another reason I think Rocky would have made more sense as a narrator. She had a coherent love life arc throughout the entire season. Tessa was more all over the place, liking Chase overall, but also Cameron suddenly, and Derek every once in a while. Maybe that's realistic for a teenage girl, but it made the season storylines harder to get invested in.
