JFYI, Swamp contemplated smashing a CDJ even without audience members yelling at him to do it. CDJs had just came out and were controversial because everyone was still using vinyl and looked down on them. He had recently bought both of those CDJs used on stage, costing him $1,200 each, so he wasn't so sure about destroying one, but he didn't regret it, as he is a showman 😉
And Tony handled the unexpected stunt like a pro. Dunno how Pioneer felt about it as they were a sponsor 🤪
