    In this trying times of our lives , canned goods is much better to avoid the spreading of virus outside. Laging nasa bahay di na mkapamili sa labas , dapat yung mga LGU's natin mamigay sana sila ng fresh veges at yung matagal masira . Nkakasawa nadin lagi de lata kainin 😥

    as far as i know, chemicals in the tin cans are closely monitored by the food company. they also follow certain food regulations that allows the use of chemicals as long as it didnt reached its maximum level. when the chemical (esp. Tin which is common in canned goods) that is when the food is harmful for human consumption.

    Tama po ito. Natural na pagkain ang kailangan. Nakalulungkot lang na mga processed food ang laman ng mga relief packs natin pag may kalamidad. Nalulungkot din ako sa mentalidad ng iba na supermarket at convenience store ang inuunang puntahan para sa pagkain. May pagkukunan naman na palengke, talipapa at mga maliliit na tindahan na may mga natural na produktong pagkain.

    been 2 years na since kumain ako ng century tuna or any canned foods. 2017 pa to. 😅 araw araw ako tuna pa neto 😅. ngayon organic black beans canned na lang yung kinakain ko na de lata. once a week maybe.

    Thats why i dont eat canned foods. I always buy sa karenderya mga gulay and fruits most of the time yan lang ko. Canned foods can cause cancer. Health is an investment.

    Isa pa, ang makarinig ka ng sentimyento ma mas mabuti pa rin daw na kumain ng processed food araw-araw kaysa magutom? Mag-isip muna tayo. Tama ba na araw-araw nyo di lasunin ang sarili natin? Kumilos at maging malikhain pagdating sa kakainin. Hindi basta basta "instant at proceesed food" araw-araw.
