You are able to use your phone but you will not have access to the library. Alsp when you type in the chat your video will freeze momentarily. Yes a mobile connection should be fine when i habe loadshedding i use either telkom or mtn. Its not as great as fibre but it gets the job done

You need a camera to teach on preply when you get students. Teaching on your phone is possible but ill-advised. You will be very limited. But you only change your introduction video when you want to or if something violates their guidelines

So some companies are looking for TEFL certificates and a bachelors degree and some are looking for just one of the two and some none. Its honestly depends on the company.
