The Vitebsk-Orsha Offensive was part of Operation Bagration by the Soviets against the Germans from 23 June 1944 to 28 June 1944.
The Soviets achieved total success in the operation.

if you don't have Inspiration use Explosives or Plains (i prefer Explo)
