Nicole Stephenson there must be some sort of rule, where as long as no more than a certain duration of the song is heard, the video cannot be flagged. I find it to be ridiculous, it's free advertisement in my opinion! If I'm only hearing a song for the 1st time on a TH-cam channel I'm subscribed to, and I happen to enjoy it, I'm more likely to want to find out who the song is by and purchase/download it myself.
You can’t play a song for more than 25 seconds without the video getting copyrighted 🙄 (it’s annoying) which is why people cut up videos with copyrighted songs
