Seriously people, there are so many great videos out there that look brilliant in TH-camVR with a wide or curved screen that’s customisable even for the ones that weren’t intended for VR optimisation.

Yes. Get VR. It is a powerful medium. You can even view this 360 video through a VR video player that supports fake 6DOF conversion to make it seem as if you can also move your body position around rather than just rotating your head.

Sadly it’s not possible on TH-cam. I own an oculus quest and use TH-cam VR and found this video. Unless it was a VR chat type thing it couldn’t function in youtube
