It's amazing the advancements that have been made in multiple myeloma treatment since 2001 when my brother was diagnosed. This sounds so promising and hopeful for current MM patients!
So glad to hear some discussions of possible end of therapy for Teclistamab in remission. I currently am on an every 2 week cycle, holding Kappa down to .07. I've been at this level for several months and still have to drive 2 hours to be treated, and then suffer for about 4 days after with much bone pain. Because of the side effects, I've had to start weekly IgG infusions as well. The idea of being able to end treatment is exciting to say the least. I'll be turning 60 this year, and after 10 years of active chemotherapy hope is a bit thin. It is not only the T-cells that get exhausted.
