Notice the CR250's with conventional forks, two minds back then regarding which were best. It was thought inverted forks were better for supercross but too rigid outdoors.

You could always rely on Paul Malin for podium finish at a home gp, Nicoll was always just a disappointment for British motocross fans .... He lacked aggression n speed .... 5th 6th place finisher sorta rider at best, Nicoll.....
