What a delight to revisit these wonderful tv memories, I last viewed a place in france and the second season indian summer, when they were first televised. I looked up the cast to see what they are doing now. I was saddened to find out Nigel passed away in 2011. He was still a young man at 58, very sad.
I spent much of my childhood in France and never once saw an Elephant, let alone an Indian restaurant. But two thumbs up for wanting to try something different.

Nigel, Manu, Reza, Nipi, Manu's mum, Celine, Sally Ann... everybody's so positive, so warm, I love them all.
Nippi is the only negative one sitting around doing nothing being negative about everything...
