This is a 2KW PFC PCB prototype, it can work at AC or DC input voltage. With DC input, the minimum voltage is 100VDC. With AC input, the minimum voltage is 80VAC. Maximum power is 2KW at minimum input voltage of 200VDC.

No. They are useless for PFC. You need a controller actually designed for the job. Active power factor correction is much more complex than just a simple boost converter.
