Okay a Bengali here😁💁 wants to say something The video was nice and we know you were trying hard to pronounce those words correctly 😂 But yeah it was a nice try ❤️ Then coming to the Mughlai paratha ... But u ate that luchi with fish gravy..which was quite strange😅 U should have tried that rice with aloo posto(potato with poppy seeds which is always garnished with some mustard oil before serving our signature bengali dish ❤️)and then some daal and finally the vetki fish gravy...😊 that's the right way ... Agar aap bengal mai hote toh saath mai lemon and green chillies bhi serve kiye jate apko 😀 A correct bengali platter would have luchi...chana daal or aloor dum then some rice then some spinach, a lemon slice , green chili but apko toh spicy khane se hichkiya ati hai so avoid it 😂😂 then comes any daal then the aloo posto ...and some sabji it can be any mixed vegetable sabji or Parwal ki sabji etc etc. Then comes the non veg meat and fish itemss 😁 and last mai toh deserts hote hi hai like payesh, misti doi, rasgulla ,etc 😀❤️ And yes u are cordially invited to our bengal 🥺❤️ zaroor ana and most importantly please don't forget to try Kolkata's fuchka 😁 u'll love it 🙈

Mughlai Paratha is A Very Authentic Bengali food from a long time. Apko wo thora bland laga kyu ki wo ketchup ya sauce, ya Alu k sabji k saath khaya jata hai jiske saath onion salad bhi diya jata hai. Try using kasandi instead of green chatni as dips for cutlets, that's more authentic. And the Vegetable cutlet is not authentic. Veg cutlet k andar Beetroot hota hai. Aur shape bhi round sa hota hai waise kite shape ka nahi hota hai. Veg cutlet ka key ingredient beetroot aur peas hota hai. Maa durga never denies of non veg rather Maa Kaali ka main Bhog mein Mutton aata hai. Bengalis are hardcore non vegetarians. Luchi should be consumed while in a puffed state. Otherwise pura taste kharab ho jata hai. Aur bhai Aluposto idhar bohod famous hai. And I'm sure it does not get anyone high. It is Legal and tasty to eat. You could have ordered Misti Pulao instead of rice which you could get in any other place. And Alu Posto main Grainy texture hota hai.Wahi asli texture hai.
Bro come at Kolkata you can experience a lot more and whenever you are coming just make a yt shot or you can post a community post so we could suggest you a lot more for you content and also best place or destination to ate your authentic bengali dishes......and btw in Kolkata you could get many varients od mughlai with chutneys to have it with Thankyou ☺️

Alu posto n luchi na na....kolkata aao kabhi zarur ek se ek item khilayenge 😊❤

Humare yahan Durga Puja mein machli Bhog mein chadhaya jaata hai and even goats at some places. So, it's perfectly alright to have non veg foods during the festival.
