SPLA/M OYEA!!!!! THANK YOU SPLA/M. Sometimes, we forget the sacrifice you made in liberating South Sudan. My people, sometimes we have to think backward in order to appreciate the future we got ahead of us. I know we are dying and soon you and I will be gone. So, why not leave an excellent impression for our future generation, eh? My people, Aluta continua, the movement must continue for the good of our people. No tribal divisions. We MUST BE UNITED AS A COUNTRY, if we are to see great results. Self-greed has no place in a civilized country. I hope that my people are civilized. Gosh, I miss my teaching days. Teaching our people was my joy. I taught at Fuji Acamy and Bor Town High School in Kakuma Refugee Camp. The best times of my life. Now, my life is being sucked away helping humans who do not appreciate my services. It hurts but life must go on. SPLA/M oyea, Jesh Amer oyea. It was a foggy day in Anyidi we left Sudan, now known as South Sudan. I was just around 7 years old. To cut the story short, we were Jesh el Amer, the Garang's chosen ones. We hate it at first. To be taken away from family and friends and forced to bond with people you never knew, with different languages. South Sudan got lots of ethnic languages. What a beautiful land. No wonder greed thrives!!! Good Dinkamen like Jacob Machar Boul, Ajak Deng Chol, Marial Kuol, Daniel Akol Guek, Chol Lual(aka Chol Makur) and many more I can not name for now. We used to be an important part of SPLA until UN intervened. We were then called "The Lost Boys Of Sudan". We did not like it but by then, we were desperate to survive. So, we accepted the name and look at how Jesh El Amer is changing South Sudan. We got political activists who want to change South Sudan for better. Commenters like me inspire others to be better. They say that "words speak louder than actions"...but I think good words speak louder than action.
Late Captain Luol Chol with his heroic song. We will forever cherished you Uncle Luol. Ruweng people and south Sudan is proud of your contribution during the struggle!!
SPLM/SPLA will remain ever in the hearts of those revolutionaries around the world. The movement will get back on its legs as long as the South Sudanese people exist.
I salute Koryom, and the rest of the Battalions for their selves scarification to bring this wonderful freedom, we all now enjoy the war outcome. may the decease one who lost his life because of the struggle let his soul rest in peace. Amen.
It make me cry when I come here and hear this song, though the country we fought becomes battle ground still we ask God to forgive and continues serving us from the wrongdoings.
SPLA and SPLM have done their part for total liberation of South Sudan as it now independence country, secondly I salute all the martyrs who sacrificed them selves for our freedom even if their children are not respective.
It’s painful sometimes to hear this songs specially for those who lost their fathers and uncles like us. But it’s good sometimes because they didn’t die in vein, though home is still a battle field we appreciate our dead fathers and uncles for the job.. 🇸🇸 Rest In Peace you all we always miss you 😭😭😭🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸🇸
Long Live the spirit of our struggle! Long Live our fallen heroes! Thank you very much for all you did for us! #Koriom Oyee! #SPLA OYEEEEE! Our Martyrs Oyee!

Akotkoryom, realities need to be acknowledge, we did not suffered or contributed equally for the liberation of South Sudan, however, that does not mean others contribution should belittled. Even we Dinka community that got the enormous contribution, we all did not contributed equally.
I can plainly saying that South Sudan is not yet liberated, still there are faces of anger and war mongers! South Sudan people like to fight ,like tribalism like supremacy! They do not like their beloved country always they do think to fight and fight! The country have no good roads but modern sophisticated weapons and groups of new soldiers, the people who needs to fight every day. Put your arms down and start build your country.
If I think of those days ,where our freedom fighters committed themselves in war of independence and dying at the same time, I drops my tears sometimes.
I always listen to this koriom songs always cry when I heard that song "ngeny de piou aye koc lau" congratulations to dinka community. This is the reason I will never be against our people who have suffered so long. It is not easy to lose 2M people from one section only. May God remember dinka people and others who also took part.
No community can single them self or claim that they are the victim of the south Sudan freedom.these kind of phrases are not fair for all other communities who effectively suffer to bring the freedom south Sudan enjoy today.please open your minds and heart and accept others
