How to Prepare for a Crop/Retreat - Part 3

I have learned that I can't physically or mentally take all of my tools to a crop/retreat. There are just too many and it's too overwhelming. Here's how I organize my tools using the CM storage. When I have limited my tools, I have actually used almost all I brought and got more done at the crop.
