For anyone watching this video thats about to go to BMT, try not to stress too much. It's not that hard, by the end I was sad to say goodbye to my flight and MTIs. Security Forces academy is way harder, it's a good kind of challenging

So please, if you are still in, _stay in._ If you get out, you will regret it. The Air Force takes very good care of its people. Don't give that up. Take care and thanks for the video! Don't do what we did! We came in for the MEPS hotel bedcheck (9pm). We snuck out at 10pm and went to a local bar for a few last drinks. We crawled back in at 3am drunk as skunks. Making the 4:30am mandatory breakfast was a bitch. The rest of that flight and first day experience was PAINFUL!

And, looking out for our best interests, they'd caution us about the worst that was yet to come to them, so far: The VD inoculation. A square needle in the left nut. {The WHAT!?!} LOL
When we got off the bus they made us do facing movements and we had to keep taking a knee and it was annoying. I was in shorts and really fucked up my knee🤣

this video was super informative and helpful for mental preparation for basic. i have a question about graduation, though. Do you graduate after BEAST week or before like the old airman's week? And when you graduate are you done for good now or still have to go back to that final week?

When i was there we didn’t get 7 hrs of sleep but we did get a little extra. I got to my dorm at about 0600 and my MTI woke us up around 1045/1100 and I was in Disney land also.....maybe because I was in band flight but I know I had a little for then an hour of sleep.

I was flight 035, second to none! We must have graduated around the same time, I graduated Dec. 7.
Jeremy M when did you leave for basic Oct.8?
this video was super informative and helpful for mental preparation for basic. i have a question about graduation, though. Do you graduate after BEAST week or before like the old airman's week? And when you graduate are you done for good now or still have to go back to that final week?
cam after beast and once you graduate you leave 2-3 days after
PSA to everyone shipping, raise yo hand for stairwell crew. Your welcome.
What the heck.. you gotta get a whole other physical when you ship out.? Eye and hearing test to.. that sucks. And what is your family supposed to do this entire time if they want to attend the swear in?
Carlos Santini unfortunately your family has to wait until you’re ready to swear in.
@@SirDeanTheGreat damn. That's sucky. Thanks man. I've checked out a few of your vids and I hit that subscribe!! Keep'em coming.. you're the new age Wild Bule Yonder!! 🤣
Anybody know who this 👍 Someone is who keeps liking my comments. Kinda creepy
They get to wait.
It was a good thing for me that my mom was there cause they had an issue finding my birth county so I had to get my mom to show the meps people the area I was born (fort benning in GA in 85 they think the county line was changed).
I don't mind the revelloe. I hear it . Time to start the day. 5 and a half years in the army. I should have stayed in. I would have been retired by now .
@Chairman of the Board wow throwing a fit over one misspelled word. I got better things to do and worry about instead of words like you
@Chairman of the Board why are you so mad over one word? Why are you so sensitive? Like I said I just misspelled one word and you got so angry over nothing really.
@Chairman of the Board I've never been a good speller. I despise assholes who think that just because someone misspelled a dam word they've never been in the military.and I despise assholes who think like you do.
