no Deku is not known in hell as Lucifer. Lucifer (Severus's Husband) is the King/Ruler/Protector of Hell and Gadreel is the King/Ruler/Protector of Heaven. And Deku is known as Deku. Deku is almost like Lucifer and Gadreel a king only without his own realm so you could say that he is like the boss of Lucifer and Gadreel or the second king in heaven and hell. Deku is also stronger and has more abilities than both of them, so deku was sent to earth to protect earth from huge natural disasters. (I hope you can understand everything because I'm really bad at explaining and i wrote it with a translator)
