- - Robert is a pressure/mixup/rushdown with long limbs and great control of the air as well. He has a couple key moves like his overhead and rapid kicks that allow him to pressure constantly in the corner. He is one of the better characters in KOF2002 UM at guard breaks and accumulating stun damage quickly. His air and ground pokes have great reach as well, making Robert a very well-rounded and beastly character who falls just below the top tier. He's a great character for a beginner and doesn't require much more than average execution skill.
- Special Moves
Dragon Blast Punch - (charge b~f + A/C)
Robert's Sonic Boom projectile. The height of the fireball is rather high and is released around Robert's shoulder which can make is susceptible to be evaded by some characters low crouching heights or sliding attacks.
The A (light punch) version travels slowly & goes full screen but dissipates near the corner of the screen, while the C (heavy punch) version travels fast, but goes 3/4 screen length and can combo after his cr. C, or b/f + B command normal.
A and C versions of projectiles have different height. A goes slightly lower which can hit regular size crouched characters, while C goes over them.
Spinning Combination Kick - close, (charge d~u + A/C)
Robert performs a close-ranged 3 hit combo which launches the opponent in the air. It is a proximity unblockable that has great range with a rather awkward command motion with the charge.
While the opponent is mid-air you can perform an air reset with a jumping normal or a special move (easier in the corner)
2nd hit Super cancel-able
Lightning Legs Knockout Kick - charge (b~f + B/D)
Robert spins kicks mid-air hitting the opponent 3 times. Both light and heavy kick version performs 3 hits and has the same damage output (appox. 12% damage).
The B version (light kick) has a shorter horizontal range than the D version (heavy kick). Both versions are unsafe on block if performed at close range.
The B version (light kick) causes around 40% guard damage while the D version (heavy kick) causes around 5% guard damage
Can evade ground projectiles and low aiming attacks while Robert is spinning in mid-air
Soft knockdown on hit

Always loved his "Ye yukinkaku" don't know how to pronounce properly but you know the trick that kicks you with one leg,that sound move is awesome loved since 94.And Athena her Psycho Ball from kof 96.

Brother, espero no sea mucha molestia que en los títulos de las próximas retas que subas de Aze lo pusieras entre paréntesis "(Aze)". Porque con las pinches letras asiáticas no sé cuándo es un match de él y a veces no lo veo por eso haha.

Robert 2k0, É de charge ainda, mais é tipo Ralf e Clarck, um sai mais rapido e tem menos alcance(ex2k0), outro sai mais lento mas tem mais invencibilidade e alcance(Robert classic2k2), outro exemplo o agarrao iori97(rapido e muito proximo, 98( Mais lento pra sair, mas alcace maior e invencibilidade monstra, vence ate golpe aereo se executado no time certo! Os chars q ele enfrentou q ajudaram, um Clack, Daimon, Vice, e por ai vai, ele abusando desse golpe sem defesa indo pra cima daquele jeito ele começa a animaçao do combo e o balao mais invencil se der de reversal corta ele e entra dentro da animação dele catando!

Have they not released this kof on any modern consoles?
I don't think so, maybe it already have as port of ps2 for ps4 or maybe emulation of ps2 on ps4!😄 xbox one it could have a retrocompatibily through the xbox360 or classic xbox but i think this game did not come out to any of this cosoles. I'm almost sure it have only on pc through emulation of atomswave board system, the own pc port for this game and ps2.
I checked this out and i think both xbox360 and Xbox one have it.
It's coming to PS4 very soon.
You should add 'EX' before Robert.

EX Robert in KoF 02UM is probably the scummiest and least honest version of Robert in any KoF game I've seen.
