This is such an excellent design! I really like the geometry and that it’s collapsible. I would love to see a tutorial for the square as well. Have you considered that?
I made hexagon with the same manner and probably possible with decagon. However, square was not possible. It may be possible to do this by changing some of the methods.

上の折り返しの中に入れることはできますが、中にれると浮き上がってしまいますのでどうしたらいいでしょうか
折り目の反発が強いからかもしれません。たたんだ状態で重しなどをおいて1日～程度待ってみて下さい。3段や4段でもしっかり折り返しの中に納まりますので大丈夫だと思います。

A4サイズの画用紙で折ってみたのですが、
13:20のあたりがどうしてもうまくいきません。
コツなどありますでしょうか？
その部分は確かに難しいですね。コツは全てのひだが一枚も開くことがない様にがっちりおさえながら作業することです。ご使用の画用紙が厚くて力が必要なのかもしれません。もし難しいようでしたらコピー用紙程度の薄い紙で挑戦してみてください。

A3で作りたい場合の数字も教えて欲しいです。
始め(1:50)に折る3.3cmは、紙の長さの9分の1です。なので、A3サイズの場合は4.7cm (42cm ÷ 9 = 4.7cm). 4.7cm折ったら、A4サイズと同様に1cm巾にカットして進めて下さい。B4サイズ、B5サイズの紙でも同じ1/9です。ちなみに1/9は紙の1/3をさらに1/3に折れば良いので、定規や計算なしでも見つけることができます。
