Not really. As soon as Ravi got 'weakness', Surin's role is complete. The other 3 can clean things up with or without her.

Can i use Karin with her EE and Torn Sleeve instead of Surin?

You can. If you can make a high res Karin to resist the stun, you can safely spam bleed on Ravi using Double Lots. That or put potion on Lots to cleanse the stun. Either way, it's RNG but it'll work.

You can try ML surin with Baiken's art. It's a bit more RNG than fire surin but with double lots system + tsurin self-cleanse passive, it's fairly easy to pull off.
