فتح مکہ بعد ہجرت ختم ہو گئی
(٣)((عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم «لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ، وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ، وَإِذَا اسْتُنْفِرْتُمْ فَانْفِرُوا». متفق عليه.
ومعناه: لا هجرة من مكة؛ لأنها صارت دار إسلام(( متفق عليه))
ترجمہ: حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا فتح مکہ کے بعد ہجرت کرنا درست نہیں- البتہ جہاد اور نیت باقی ہیں-- جب تمہیں جہاد کی طرف نکلنے کے لیے کہا جائے تو کوچ کرو'،،
(بخاری و مسلم)
حدیث کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اب
مکہ معظمہ سے ہجرت کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں اس لئے کہ مکہ دار الإسلام بن چکا ہے-
تشريح: فتح مکہ کے بعد ہجرت نہیں،، اس کا مطلب
لَا هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ،، فتح مکہ کے بعد ہجرت کرنا درست نہیں ہے-
سوال: اس حدیث میں آتا ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے بعد ہجرت ختم ہو گئی مگر ایک دوسری روایت میں آتا ہے
قال: لا تنقطع الهجرة حتى تنقطع: اس حدیث سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ ہجرت قیامت تک باقی رہے گی-
جواب: حدیث میں ہجرت خاص مراد ہے کہ مکہ سے مدینہ کے طرف اب قیامت تک ہجرت نہیں ہوگی کہ اب ان شاءاللہ قیامت تک مکہ دار الإسلام ہی رہے گا- اس پر اب قیامت تک کفار کا تسلط نہیں ہوگا- باقی اگر کسی جگہ پر آدمی اپنے دین کی حفاظت نہ کرسکتا ہو کہ وہاں پر منکرات کا شیوع ہو تو اب اس جگہ سے ہجرت کر کے کسی دوسری جگہ پر چلے جانا واجب ہوگا-
دوسرا جواب: یہ ہے کہ مکہ سے مدینہ کی ہجرت نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں فرض عین تھی کہ وہ اسلام کی حقانیت اور کفار کی شان و شوکت توڑنے کے لئے تھی مگر اب ہجرت فرض عین نہیں رہی- ہاں اگر اسلام پر چلنا اس جگہ پر مشکل ہو تو ہجرت کرنا اس جگہ سے واجب ہوگا(١)
وَلَكِنْ جِهَادٌ وَنِيَّةٌ:، البتہ جہاد اور نیت باقی ہیں-
علامہ طیبی رحمہ اللہ علیہ فرماتے ہیں کہ مکہ سے مدینہ کی طرف ہجرت جو فرض عین تھی اب ختم ہو گئی لیکن اب بھی جہاد اور ہجرة.، من دار الكفر إلى دار الإسلام،، اور طلب علم کے لیے نکلنا وغیرہ اب بھی باقی ہے- اس کی نیت ہر مسلمان کو کرنا ضروری ہے(٢)
